"State Farm's car insurance is only for 6 months. After 6 months, rates may change. The agent I spoke with and asked her a few questions, was not well prepared. Her answers were not convincing. It seemed like she does not know the topic very well, and sells without having a comprehensive knowledge about what she sells. It seemed like my questions made her uncomfortable because she did not know. It felt like she was prepared for a quick sale but not for in- depth conversation. I went with a different insurance and better prepped agent."
